Understanding change as a result
of:
►Treatment
►Patient comprehension of goals
►Life events: understanding "where" to go next in
therapy
►Understanding the progression of changes through
the therapist-patient exchange.
This type of measurement has been studied
and revised for 3 years. Clients prefer it! THAT is important
because you know you are getting better information upon
which to act.

BEYOND THE CIRCLE
Even though fluency is the goal of treatment,
successes may include an increased willingness on the
part of the client to take part in academic and other
school activities, business activities, and social activities,
leading toward a more full and productive life. These
types of goals are in line with treatment goals and can
be included in such forms as IEPs (Yaruss and Quesal,
2001).
